The weather is very unpredictable, If minor/little rain, work will still be performed on scheduled date. For mowing services, we’ll automatically schedule you for the following day without notice. For mulch & cleanup projects, you’ll receive a notice letting you know that your project has been rescheduled. Our mowing services are pay on the go meaning you pay as the service is done. If you’ve missed a payment, all future mowing services will be discontinued until your payment is collected. Constant late payments will result in service cancellations. You’ll receive a notification from J Lawn Care notifying you that your scheduled service is completed & ready for payment. Reminders will be given about missed/late payments. Please make your payments on time to avoid service cancellations. Cleanup & landscaping jobs require a 1/2 deposit before services are initiated.
For lawn maintenance, you have the option to choose between a weekly or bi-weekly reoccurring schedule. We do services in many parts of Maryland. Each day is targeted for a certain area therefore we may not be able to schedule you on your preferred day. To keep your spot reserved, you must stay on a reoccurring schedule. Once scheduled, our crews will automatically come each week/ 2 weeks depending on your preference. You pay once the service is completed .
Yes, we are insured.
Common requested services that we do not offer include sod, seeding, snow removal, weed & lawn treatment.
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Debt and/or Credit cards. Checks are not accepted. We do ask for a 50% upfront payment for your first service (if over $100), Your business with us is appreciated!
